Can someone give a list of British officers who held the title of Fleet Captain during the period of 1793-1815?

I think you mean the appointment (not rank) of First Captain or Captain of the Fleet, the Chief of staff to an Admiral commanding a large fleet. If not a flag officer, he ranked for most purposes as the junior flag officer of the fleet.

I cannot provide a list but the following names spring to mind:

Rear Admiral Sir Hyde Parker, Captain Roger Curtis, Captain Robert Calder, Captain John Sutton, Captain William Domett, Captain Philip Beaver, Captain John Elphinstone, Captain Thomas Troubridge, Rear Admiral Ceorge Murray, Rear Admiral Henry Blackwood, Rear Admiral Edward Codrington.

If you'll look at my original post I said Fleet Captain was a title, not a rank.
What wre the duties of a Fleet Captain, could they command a ship?

P.S. Thanks for helping me,AGAIN Very Happy

There were no Fleet Captains in the RN.

Flag officers in command of a fleet were allowed a Captain of the Fleet (in general a senior captain) mainly to take in charge part of the administration of the fleet.
It was a rank and not a title as ionia says.

The Wikipedia states that the position of Fleet Captain was temporary and not a rank.

No. They were staff officers. They did not command a ship whilst holding the appointment of First Captain/Captain of the Fleet. The captain of the flagship was the Second Captain/Flag Captain.

You can access the 1806 Regulations for yourself. There is a section relating to the Captain of the Fleet (Page 63):

http://books.google.com/books?id=iQAHAAAAQAAJ&pg=PR3&dq=Regulations+and+Instructions+1806&cd=6#v=onepage&q=Regulations%20and%20Instructions%201806&f=false

It is essential to study these Regulations in order to understand the RN of this period.

The previous Regulations (those of 1790) are at:

http://books.google.com/books?id=OvJBAAAAYAAJ&pg=RA1-PA191&dq=Regulations+and+instructions+1790&cd=3#v=onepage&q=&f=false
