Who commanded HMS Arrow at the Battle of Copenhagen in 1801?

It seems that William Bolton was given command of Arrow in 1801, but by April 101 he had - for some reason - taken leave of absence and that Thomas Charles Brodie was in temporary command.

Who was Brodie and what was his career?
