Does somebody know on board which ship Louis XVIII travelled for his return to France on 24 April 1814 ?

He travelled in the ROYAL SOVEREIGN yacht escorted by HMS JASON 32 (flag of HRH the Duke of Clarence) and the French frigate POLONAIS.
