  • 1706 Cdr. George DOILEY (or DORLEY), who was promoted to the prize from being a lieutenant in the TARTAR frigate for his conspicuous gallantry during her capture. His commission was later confirmed by the Admiralty from the date of capture. Ordered to the West Indies he perished when the ship foundered in a hurricane off St. Christopher's on 30 August 1707.
