  • 1716 Capt. Robert JOHNSON, Baltic, Sailed from Nore on 18 May with a squadron under Sir John NORRIS to join a combined English-Dutch-Danish-Russian fleet in a demonstration against Sweden, which had been interfering with the trade. AUGUST ran ashore on the island of Anholt on 10 November during heavy weather while returning from Copenhagen with a convoy and English warships. Most of her people were saved.
