  • In the early morning of 10 March 1705 a fleet under Sir John LEAKE was approaching Gibraltar when five sail were seen approaching. These were chased and ARROGANT struck to Sir Thomas DILKES in REVENGE. Two more were captured and two driven ashore.
  • 1706 Capt. Sampson BOURNE, commissioned in RN 14 March.
  • 1709 Capt. George NICHOLS, Mediterranean. Foundered in a storm on 5 January 1709 while taking naval stores from Lisbon to Port Mahon.
