The boats of PINCHER and BASILISK under Sub-Lieut. William WOOLCOCK of PINCHER captured a Danish privateer on 13 April 1809 near the Watt sand. - 1812 Ditto, Baltic.
The boats of PINCHER and EXERTION captured a French armed lugger on the 11 May 1812 after she had run ashore near Cuxhaven. She carried 47 men and was armed with one 12-pounder and small arms. - 1814 Lieut. James WALLIS, North Sea.
