  • 1808 Fitting out at Plymouth 1811-12 Plymouth.
  • 1812 Lieut. John HILL, Channel.
    On the afternoon of 18 December 1812 LANDRAIL joined ALBACORE, PICKLE and BORER in chase of the French 40-gun frigate GLOIRE, which had found herself becalmed in the midst of the British ships off the Lizard at daybreak.
    The frigate managed to outrun the four small vessels.
  • 1814 Lieut. R. D. LANCASTER, Channel Fleet. She was captured by the American privateer schooner SYREN, 7 guns and 80 men, out of Baltimore, in the Channel on 12 July 1814 while she was on passage to Gibraltar rigged as cutter.
    Lieut. LANCASTER and his crew were acquitted of any blame for her loss.
  • LANDRAIL was recaptured by Lieut. Richard CRAWFORD in WASP on the 28 August 1814.
